Nice well priced laptop. The AMD Ryzen 5 processor is fast and a great value in this HP laptop. I compared processors before purchasing and this was by far the best value I could find. Screen is bright and the keyboard has a nice feel. I replaces my older 17″ laptop which had an i5 processor and this is much faster with all day battery life.

Got an awesome prime day deal on this. It’s a great PC with good specs. Screen is bright. Overall quality is good. I did have to return due to the lack of a touchscreen. If you need a PC and don’t need a touchscreen this is a good choice.

For the price ($529), I think this is a superb value. My old laptop put in 6 years of hard labor. After about one month on the job, I am VERY satisfied with my new one. HP has packed a lot into this model. Screen quality is excellent. Easy to use. Charges up fast. Although battery drain seems to go a bit faster than I expected. I am glad I bought this one.

i selected this laptop for school work. i purposefully selected an APU equipped system that combines CPU and graphics on the same die. this made the laptop very low cost and also very energy efficient. i then added an extra stick of ram to an open slot and a 1Tb M.2 drive. top it off with a clean install of Windows 10, that got rid of any HP bloatware and you got yourself a fast machine. in all, doing it this way i was able to save significantly more money than buying a same spec’d laptop.this thing is pretty slim and feels solid to me despite it being all plastic. the battery unplugged lasts about 4.5 to 7 hours depending on what youre doing. for school work the size is just right. i have an old 15″ laptop and that thing feels much more bulky.not really an issue, but the keyboard is not backlit.

LOVE this little laptop. It is light weight (less than 4 LBS), runs cool and sits ON my lap without heating up. The screen is awesome color and resolution. Powerful CPUs. Memory is just right with the 8 RAM & 255 Gig SSD storage. Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connection’s are efficient, fast and easy to connect. The touch pad works great too. It is very sensitive to the touch. I was able to turn off the option for a ‘touch’ of the pad for left click and just use a lower left click to the pad and works great. This is a great little laptop, fun to use and really fits my needs and with a good economic price. CONS: I really don’t have any. It doesn’t have a ‘touch screen’, but I really didn’t need that. No pen or styles, but again, I didn’t really want or need that.

Great At-Home laptop!! It comes equipped with Microsoft suites (of course, you sign up for the subscription), Windows 10 already installed in S-mode. Keep in mind, once you switch off from S mode, you are responsible for anti-virus protection, firewall protection, and all the other geek protection features that you don’t have to worry about installing yourself cause your laptop is already set up with this. I’ve noticed MS has a complex cause you can’t use any other products or features that are not MS approved like Chrome, Zoom, and etc. There are ways to get around it but you just can’t download this and have the icon on your laptop. Still debating if I want to keep my laptop in S mode. Other than that, I love it!!

To unlock the full potential of this laptop you must run it in Dual Channel with atleast 16GB of ram.
